For Drivers: Bricker hires only elite drivers with significant over-dimensional driving and loading experience. Also, owner-operators are required to provide late-model equipment with the correct configurations for our large and heavy shipments.

 

In some cases, we will consider extremely professional drivers with less experience, but we will require an average of one year of training before they are permitted to handle the larger, higher-paying shipments.
